We are pleased to announce the addition of a new member to Ibergroup.

Ibergroup 2005 Empresarial, S. L. and RECODUL, S.L. have signed an agreement for this new associate to officially join the Group, effective July 1, 2025.

RECODUL is a distributor of construction materials operating in Granada, where it has been active for over 40 years in various fields related to the construction sector, and is a benchmark in its market. It has 3 centers:

The company’s headquarters are in Padul (Granada) at Ctra. Bailén Motril Km 151. This location includes a store and storage facilities with a total area of 25,000 m². From here, it provides supplies and complete solutions for flooring and tiling, hardware and plumbing, bathroom equipment and furniture, and general construction solutions, with a focus on specialized construction in insulation and energy efficiency, along with an extensive showroom for windows and enclosure solutions.

With this new addition, Ibergroup will comprise 14 associated distributors: Terrapilar, Laguardia&Moreira, Manau, Jorge Fernández Grupo, Grupo Matteria, Suministros Ibiza, Duran, Chafiras, Grupo Unamacor, Construdeco, Discesur, Almacenes Lavín, Montejo Cerámicas, and Recodul. Together, they represent 106 points of sale, a combined turnover of 425 million euros, and over 1,150 professionals.

This integration is another step forward in our expansion strategy, increasing our presence throughout the country with the most significant companies in the sector, and with a shared spirit of continued growth and providing value-added solutions to the market.

The addition of Recodul to Ibergroup will undoubtedly make a valuable contribution to the Group. Their experience and commitment will strengthen our collaborative capacity and help improve business relationships with both customers and suppliers.
